L.P. Murray & Sons has a fleet of road graders and the aggregate products needed to maintain dirt roads and driveways and to provide a smooth, stable surface. Skip Murray has more than 30 years experience grading, crowning, repairing and building new roads. Our vibrating dirt roller compacts the road when the grading is complete. Finally, add the newest addition to our fleet — a liquid calcium sprayer, which controls dust during the driest of times.

We’ve been in business for four generations and more than 72 years. Our family company was started in 1946 by Leland “Big Jim” Murray. Early on the company specialized in earth work and blasting services (one of only two companies doing so in Maine). The company built a reputation for hard work and honesty.
